1. Booking, Deposits, Payments and Same Day Appointments Appointments are reserved specifically for you. A deposit or card on file may be required to secure your mobile spray tan appointment, group booking, bridal service, or event. Deposits are not refundable. Same day and last minute appointments are welcome when availability allows. A same day booking fee may apply to appointments booked with limited notice, especially when additional travel or schedule adjustments are required. Plans change and we understand. If you need to move your spray tan appointment, please give ATX Tans as much notice as possible.

Late cancellations, last minute rescheduling, and missed appointments may result in the loss of a deposit or a full cost of service fee for no show appointments or last minute cancellations. Repeated missed appointments may require prepayment before future bookings and may result in being unable to schedule future appointments.

ATX Tans specializes in mobile spray tanning in Austin and surrounding areas, bringing the full spray tan setup directly to homes, apartments, hotels, sorority houses, offices, and event locations.

Please provide a safe, accessible space for the appointment and any necessary gate codes, parking instructions, building access details, or room information before arrival.

Travel within certain service areas may be included or discounted depending on the appointment type. Additional travel, parking, valet, or access fees may apply when necessary.

The best spray tan starts with great prep. Clients are responsible for following the recommended exfoliation, skincare, clothing, and appointment prep instructions provided by ATX Tans.

Every custom spray tan may have a different recommended rinse time based on your skin, desired depth, solution, and event schedule. Your spray tan artist will provide personalized rinse and aftercare instructions after your appointment.

Following those instructions helps create the most even, natural looking spray tan and the best possible fade.

Every ATX Tans service is customized based on your skin tone, undertone, desired color, occasion, and previous tanning experience.

Because skin chemistry, preparation, skincare products, medications, hormones, sweating, water exposure, and aftercare can all affect spray tan development, exact results cannot be guaranteed.

If something does not look right, please contact ATX Tans as soon as possible so we can help. When appropriate, we may recommend aftercare adjustments, a touch up, or another solution.

Completed spray tan services are generally non refundable, but we always want the opportunity to help resolve a genuine concern.

ATX Tans offers group spray tanning, bridal spray tans, bachelorette tanning, sorority tanning, student glow nights, pop ups, and special event spray tanning throughout Austin.

Group and event bookings may require a deposit, minimum number of participants, confirmed appointment location, and final headcount before the event.

Bridal and larger event appointments may have separate booking timelines or cancellation requirements because additional time, travel, staffing, and supplies are reserved specifically for the group.

Special pricing, packages, student rates, promotional offers, giveaways, referral credits, gift cards, and event offers may each have their own expiration dates or booking requirements.

Offers cannot always be combined unless specifically stated.

Student pricing may require current student status and applies only to qualifying services. Promotional offers and giveaway prizes have no cash value and may be subject to availability..

Clients under the required age for independent consent must have permission from a parent or legal guardian before receiving a spray tan. Clients under 18 may be required to provide parent or guardian consent, and ATX Tans may request that a parent or guardian be present depending on the client’s age and appointment circumstances.

Your comfort and privacy matter. Clients choose what they would like to wear during their spray tan, and appropriate disposable garments or coverage options may be available.

ATX Tans reserves the right to refuse or end any service if an environment is unsafe, inappropriate, threatening, or prevents the service from being performed professionally

ATX Tans loves celebrating beautiful glow results, but photos and videos are never automatically approved for public sharing simply because they were taken during an appointment.

When ATX Tans would like to use identifiable client photos or videos for our website, Instagram, social media, advertising, educational content, or other marketing, client permission will be requested.

Clients may say no to photos or marketing use without affecting the quality of their service.

For minors, appropriate parent or guardian permission is required before identifiable images are used for promotional purposes.
