A few things
to know.
Does the chapter have to pay for everyone?
No. Members may pay individually, the chapter may cover the event, or we can discuss a combination. Payment arrangements and any group minimum are confirmed in advance.
Can you tan members at our chapter house?
We can discuss your chapter house or another suitable location with the property's permission. Meagan will confirm access, privacy, ventilation and setup requirements before the booking is finalized.
How does group pricing work?
We discuss pricing based on your group size, location and schedule. Your quote will explain minimum participation, payment requirements and any travel or parking charges before you book.
Can we inquire before everything is decided?
Absolutely. Share what you know and leave undecided details open. Submitting the form starts the conversation; it does not reserve your date or commit your chapter to a booking.
